I have taken courses in HWA from other sources and found that I was unable to get assistance, or even get a return email or call, from my instructor. Terry's course is concise, insightful, and the material is written in a such a way that it is understandable. Most of all though, Terry is there for me when I need her. I have never emailed or called her without her getting back to me. I am so excited about HWA that I often scan copies of samples and send them to her for discussion.
