Handwriting Analysis
-- Putting It to Work for You",
by Andrea McNichols. This is
an excellent book for beginners & advanced handwriting buffs. Ms.
McNichols has a down to earth style that is both informative and
humorous. The way she uses actual cases as her primary teaching
tool keep the reader's attention from beginning to end. I highly
recommend this book.
"Doodle Interpretation",
by Michael Watts. This is an
interesting look at doodles and their meanings. An easy read
with the material laid out in dictionary style. I recommend
this book as an addition to books on basic handwriting analysis.
"Instant Handwriting Analysis: A
Key to Personal Success",
by Ruth Gardner.
This is a good beginner book. It covers the basics of both the
gestalt and trait schools of handwriting. Although I did not agree
totally with all the concepts in this book, it grants the reader a tool
to assess aspects of their own personality.
"Handwriting
Analysis: The Science of Determining Personality by Graphoanalysis",
by M.N. Bunker. This
book was originally published in 1959 and laid down most of the
interpretations for trait analysis in handwriting. This book is a
must for any handwriting analyst's library.
"Handwriting
of the Famous and Infamous",
by Sheila Lowe. A
wonderful trip through the land of the famous. Not only does Ms.
Lowe allow a glimpse into the personalities of various celebrities, she
also educates in handwriting analysis along the way.
